I love B and like D.
B is a real classic - gorgeous colour, I love the herringbone and it is well cut. It's so versatile too. It could be a chic city coat or for chilly country walks, depending on how you style it.
D is a classic too but a bit more generic - less character to it imo and more of a city coat.
A feels like it will date, It's less classic, more lady-who-lunches-in-Harrods. Which is fine if that's the look you want.
C looks bulky even on that willowy model. I can imagine buying that and it just never feeling chic or quite right.
