I've suffered what I think is telogen effluvium on and off since 2018. As a result my once long, thick hair is now much shorter, much thinner with a wider parting and thinning at the front. I'm only 35.
Doctors did bloods which showed low iron, which is rectified now.. and not much else. I can't find nor really afford to see a specialist?
I've tried
Viviscal (made me feel sick)
Hair burst (did nothing)
Natures own(?) - didn't do much
Help...
