Red tights

I’m a marketer’s dream so after reading in The Times last week that red tights are in, I rushed out and bought a pair. I LOVE red.

Can I wear them with a short denim skirt and if so, what shoes? what top?
I’m a size 6/8, and only about 5ft 2 so usually try to wear similar colours with no break to elongate my frame but I don’t feel I can do the red tights/red skirt /red top 😏

Can I wear red tights, denim skirt, red top or should I wear a blue tone top maybe?

I wore red tights last week. My 5 yr old dgd chose my clothes. Bright red tights, dark red pleated skirt and a grey jumper. I wasn’t expecting it, but I got complimented all day! And I would wear them again.

I'd probably wear black boots (of the clompy variety) and a black or grey top with a denim skirt
