Dressing up with trainers, help

Basically I have a foot deformity and can only wear trainers comfortably. After an excruciating night out at Christmas in ankle boots, I’ve decided it’s trainers all the way now. But what do people wear with trainers on a night out?

It’s a meal then cocktails. I’m in my 30’s and size 12

Wide legged trousers look good with trainers.

I live in trainers for an evening out - white trainers (any brand) with a dress or black wide leg trousers.
