Does anyone know where this dress is from?

OK...so I know its the budget and I'm supposed to be paying attention to the financial state of the country etc...but mainly I noticed the dress on the woman to the left of the chancellor.

I've done a reverse image search and get shein / amazon dresses that are almost right but don't look the same quality

I think her name is Karen Ward but may be wrong

I think it could be Cefinn, Sam Cam's company. A quick look at the website comes up with a lot of that green, and she's v popular among Tory politicians.

It is Laura Trott- she’s clueless- but it is a nice dress.
