Frizz Help, please

I'm not the prettiest person, but my hair is usually nice cut short and styled. The last couple of months it's gone frizzy, really really frizzy. I'm mid fifties ans menopausal and feel utterly miserable.
I feel like I've tried everything that has ever been recommended and really spent more than I can afford on various anti frizz products. I've got a microbire towel rinse in cool water and followed all online hints and tips.
This is my last ditch attempt for any further advice. Thanks

Hi OP @Twinkly64 Is your hair curly or wavy at all? I have curls and waves and I find that if I use coconut oil (very, very small amount) on my hair when it's damp after washing this helps with my frizz and helps define the curls/ waves. I only put it on the mid lengths and ends, not near the roots! I also leave my hair to dry naturally.

Which shampoo and conditioner are you using?
