Fake high street fashion - Max Mara?

I'm shopping via 'Vinted' and have seen a couple of nice items which are Max Mara. I just wondered whether they are fakes? I've bought Russell & Bromley shoes from Vinted before which turned out to be fakes and there are a lot of the know designers, Gucci etc that have a big imitation market. I wondered whether Max Mara falls into that category of imitation marketing and whether it's safe to just take it face value?

Yes, there's loads of MM fakes out there. There always were, but the whole rise of dupe/rep culture and normalisation the last few years means there's far more than there used to be.

That's a shame. I was hoping MM wasn't of interest to the immitators and i could snap a bargain.
