Subtle Glamour?

Help needed.

I want to expand my wardrobe beyond bland practical clothes and get back to wearing something with a sense of elegance. I’ve rediscovered my heels and I want more opportunities to wear these during the day without it looking like I’m ‘trying too much’ - basically I want subtle glamour. Does that make sense? Any thoughts or recommendations very welcome.

Maybe upgrading what you currently wear, to better versions? So nicer tops instead of t shirts, that kind of thing.
I bought some nice jumper dresses and threw out my older baggier ones, bought some new boots, try to wear trainers less, in favour of slouchy boots.
A smart coat is always good for instant glamour.
I always wear perfume and jewellery.
Get eyebrows professionally shaped and dyed - makes a massive difference imo but isn't high effort.
