Best eyeliner that does not disappear

I have slightly hooded eyes and am finding that no matter which eye liner I use,it will not stay on my top eye lid,instead it transfers to my upper skin near the brow.
Can anyone recommend me one that will stay..I know it's because of my drooping skin which causes it to rub off but I really would like to continue to wear liner on my top lids and not give up because of this issue.
Considering surgery but for now any ideas?

The Victoria beckham ones are spenny but do not budge

Cheap and cheerful but I really like the Collection felt tip pen eyeliner. Or the Revolution one. Collection is slightly better. It’s about £3.

I use eyeshadow and apply it with a wet eyeliner brush.

Mac liquidlast is like permanent marker. Would recommend for events but not everyday usage. (Tough to remove and not the easiest to put one).
Lancome one with the twisty wand is very good for every day.

I use a liquid eye liner, if you struggle with liquid put a thin of pencil then liquid over to set it. Two best liquid liners I have ever used are the Nyx professional makeup ‘Epic Ink Liner’ and the new Lisa Eldridge liquid liner

I haven’t tried the Lisa Eldridge pencils but have heard they are good for hooded eyes

Urban decay eyeshadow Primer, Il Makiage liquid liner and Charlotte tilbury setting spray

Use a waterproof eyebrow pencil instead and it won't budge.

Yes me too, best one I've used for staying power. I don't have hooded lids though...

Yes, my eyes are super watery with oily eyelids and eventually I got tired of looking like a panda halfway through the day, so I bit the bullet and started wearing waterproof mascara and eyeliner only.

You don't specify if its pencil or pen or liquid you are looking for so il go ahead with my recs:

Pencil:
Stila Smudge Stick Waterproof eyeliner
I don't use pencil a lot, but this stuff is hard to get off completely and has never budged on me. Really worth the ££.

Pen:
Stila Stay All Day eyeliner - I've tried basically every cheaper eyeliner pen at this point, plus the Kat Von D - Stila knocks them all out of the park. I don't really have a cheap alternative for this, it's head and shoulders above the rest for me.

Liquid:
NYX Epic Wear Semi Permanent liquid liner.

Or if you want one that's half the price and still BOMBPROOF: Seventeen/17 Ink Legend Tattoo Liner.

I alternate between these two because NYX do a brown and Seventeen do a lovely bronze.

(Seventeen got discontinued for a bit while they prepared for a relaunch and I went out and bought as many of the tattoo liners as I could as I couldn't get confirmation it was coming back!)

I had this exact problem but have bitten the bullet and am now two weeks post surgery.

Can't wear makeup for another week but pleased with results so far and looking forward to seeing how the eyeliner looks!

They do on me. Didn't last long at all.

I have just bought another annoyingly expensive and useless eyeliner that ‘doesn’t budge’ and am beyond fed up with these claims and wish you could return the offending item. This one was Pat McGrath Perma Liquid Eyeliner. Any hint of heat or humidity and it completely disappeared! Same with the Victoria Beckham one and dozens of high street ones. The only one that vaguely stays in place on my oily lids is Urban Decay waterliner pencil. I don’t use it on the waterline but on the lash line. It’s quite hard and waxy so doesn’t glide on, which is not great but maybe that’s why it actually stays 🤷‍♀️

Best I've found was a Tropic eyeliner (though fir normal day to day wear I had them tattooed)

Bobbi Brown long wear gel eyeliner, comes in a little pot. Survives me falling in the lake whilst paddleboarding and bawling my eyes out at the vet, not a smudge to be seen.

I use a bit of loose translucent powder on my eyelids which does the job.

I think it just depends on your skin type, I'm oily, I've tried lots of over the years, many mentioned here and all didn't last on me, I've just brought a lisa Aldridge pencil liner, lovely bronze colour but it doesn't stay on long, the best one for me is a hourglass pencil one called voyeua waterproof gel liner, and a liquid one from mac called liquid last 24 hour waterproof liner. But this one sets very quickly.
