Will Botox sort this neck? It’s not like it all the time- only if I stretch it a certain way but it’s bloody horrible.

I can’t afford mega money.

Im only 42

I might be wrong but to me it looks like muscle toning exercises would be what you want. Maybe some skin toning treatment as well, such a brushing/electronic impulse machine/massage.

Look at Radio frequency and micro needling. There are systems that do both together (Morpheus 8 is one). That will work on the skin tone and texture.

Have you lost weight in the past year or so? Those fine, crepey, vertical lines have appeared on my neck after losing weight. I'm 47. It's really upset me but I've changed my moisturiser and it's looking better. I've heard people recommend jade rollers and almond oil and face yoga but I've not tried them. Might be worth a go if the yoga in particular but definitely moisturise well and use spf April to October as a minimum.

Jade rolling and this gua sha device (https://www.vitalityandvanity.com/products/light-therapy-gua-sha-device) I recently bought has worked wonders for me! My mum even bought it and shes seen a huge difference on her jowls. I've had this product for exactly two weeks now and I really enjoy using it. I would say you need to keep up with the routine though. The heat feels nice after a facial oil is applied and I’m still apprehensive about if the red light actually works…I use it with the lavender oil at night for about 2/3 times a week.
