Tea dress

I am looking for a plain black or dark coloured mid length (or longer) tea dress, I would prefer not to have a pattern on it but might go for it if it’s subtle. That’s modest enough to wear through the day, comfortable to work in - smart but not overly so. Just a classic everyday dress really, that isn’t polyester! I’m going mad trawling the internet, can anyone recommend one? I’m a size 16 with a medium/large chest so nothing too low cut. It feels like such a dress doesn’t exist!

These aren't "tea dresses" but apart from the sleeveless sun dresses are all day dresses which are smart enough for work and are all cotton.

The company that was ‘Never Knowingly Undersold’ has a huge selection of dresses with a great filtering system.
Numerous brands all price points.

Scamp and dude have a lovely tea dress on black with a star pattern (all in black). I just recommended their dresses on another thread, my only warning is sizing can be quite generous so check the size guide.
