Casual short spring jacket

Going away in April, city and country break Europe, very excited as dd’s bday and have left a tough few years behind me. Want to treat myself with one clothing item.

Looking for short jacket as I am short myself and weather will be mild. No concern about rain, driving everywhere.

Current inspiration links below. I am not the most fashionable so forgive my choices. Looking for something a bit more stylish and flattering than my standard black leather jacket or quilted uniqlo jacket. My outfits will be jeans and top pretty much every day. Ideally no more than £100 but could stretch if versatile/long-lasting.

I have found some really good quality coats for excellent prices on eBay - whilst it's lovely to treat yourself to something new, it might help stretch the budget. The coats looked like new!

• i will rule out the the pleather
• i like bomber jackets but I’m too curvy at the hips so where the bomber cuts off i look a bit like a sand timer in shape
• the tweed one looks lovely now i want two

Very tempted to try the tan leather one. It is almost Double the price here Still like a short trench but can’t find any nice ones that aren’t way too expensive for me.

Check out a blazer from H&M - several colours in store today including a light blue one and a beige one. Both perfect for skimming over hips and light weight to pack. Can be dressed up or down.

I really love the Coral Wave Quilted Jacket but it may be too casual for what your after? Just think it would be nice for Spring after wearing camel and navy coats for the past 6 months 😀

I like all three of your choices, OP. They are all stylish and fairly classic. Think the first one just tips it for me - will look great with jeans, trousers, dresses, skirts - the lot.

& Nobody’s Child tend to be on the small side.
