Will this hair tool work in Canada?

Looking for some advice please! I have this:

and wondering whether I should take it to Canada on holiday with me. It says 100-125V which confused me as I thought UK was 220V.

I’ve made the mistake of taking an old Babyliss Big Hair abroad to a country with different voltage and it didn’t work, but straighteners etc have worked. I’m not sure as this is a heated brush (not one that dries hair like the Babyliss).

It should work as it’s the lower voltage. I bought this one to take to the USA. It’s dual voltage so works just as well in the UK. I’m really pleased with it and prefer it to my Babyliss Big Hair. It doesn’t revolve like the Babyliss, it’s a hot brush. I wanted dual voltage as I thought it a waste to buy one that could only be used in USA/Canada. I rough dry hair until barely damp and then use this.

Thanks @AppleDumplingWithCustard thats really useful! I’ve already got the Amika tool, just wondering whether to pack it - I don’t want to end up carrying it around for two weeks if I can’t use it!

Canada is 120v so you should be fine. Make sure you have the correct plug/adaptor though.
