My order of the second one has arrived. It's very thin and see-through and will need a slip worn under it. I do like it, though, and will probably keep it.

Icedoatlattelove · 28/02/2024 19:58

I'm in my 30s and really like tu clothes. I find them good quality for the money. I'd wear both of them probably with a t-shirt or sweater.

MouseMinge · 28/02/2024 20:08

I like both but especially the second one. I'm all about pockets but I'd foresake them for that second skirt. If they look good on you then keep them, I like that they're work suitable but also more interesting than a plain work skirt.

wherearemywellingtons · 28/02/2024 21:38

I really like them! I’m 34 and I would definitely wear both. I like the navy blue one far less than the two that you initially posted, which are much more interesting.

NewGirlinClass · 28/02/2024 23:03

First one good I would like that. Other two are wearable, Quite acceptable and would fit-in at our place.

Seaside3 · 28/02/2024 23:27

I'm not mad on them, prefer the blue one. I fear they could look old lady and frumpy if not well styled.

Unless a skirt was a very heavy wool or tweed I always wear a slip under unlined skirts and dresses.

Love the first two and would wear to work or for going out.

Navy one is not good.

Zola1 · 29/02/2024 07:16

I'm 32 and I'd wear both skirts in the first post for work, prob with a black jumper and docs.. I do a job where I'm often sitting on the floor with little kids or running upstairs in people's houses etc so this sort of thing is convenient

SloaneStreetVandal · 29/02/2024 10:52

I like the style of skirt, but I wouldnt wear pattern - i'd only wear it in a plain colour.

SOWK · 29/02/2024 16:57

I’ve got the first one and I love it. It’s great for work with Chelsea boots. I’m 5ft5 and it’s on the long side but fine.

They really aren't bad for the money, decent quality from what I know. They used to do lovely cami dresses with prints, before covid I think but I have a couple of those. And great cotton printed sundresses.

Yes, quality of them isn't 100% - but the black tshirt, long sleeved tshirt etc are great quality and a pair of jeans with a tie waist is so flattering and a real favourite of mine (grey/black colour).

For those who have ordered/have the second one is it v long? I have received mine and not tried on yet but it looks like it might be floor length on me which wouldn’t work for me. I’m 5-3/4. It’s a lovely skirt so hoping it isn’t as long as it’s looks 😬

Goddessonahighway · 01/03/2024 16:49

Think the first two look smart. Not keen on navy one. I like the midi skirt and boots look but doesn't look right on me due to being short with ample hips.

Trickymikki · 01/03/2024 20:30

I like them both too and with a solid black bouse or top they look great especially with heeled boots.

Betsylee · 01/03/2024 21:43

I like them all, would definitely wear them, could be dressed down for casual wear at weekends too. I like Tu clothing, perhaps you're overthinking them.

MurielThrockmorton · 02/03/2024 14:53

I bought the first one, but it is right down to the ground - size 10 and I'm 5' 6 (and a half!) - It just feels a bit too long to be fashionable, so I think I'm probably sending it back. Shame though.
