Flat shoes for black tie event

Hi, I'm going to a black tie event next week and need some shoes. I'm wearing a long dress so thought it would be ok to wear flat shoes so I'm not in pain all evening?! Please can someone help me find some as I've looked everywhere. Either wearing a navy blue or champagne/biscotti coloured dress. Thank you!

They look like slippers. You can get flat velvet shoes which don't, but those just look like slippers.
