Impossible evening to dress for, help me!

So I’m a size 16, short, have a csection overhang and not super confident getting dressed up. In my 30s.
Next Saturday got a trip to London with a group of friends and we’re doing theatre but then going “out out” afterwards.
What on earth do I wear?! Inspire me!!
