Omnilux or Currentbody LED face mask?

I want to buy wither the omnilux or Currentbody LED facemask for anti-aging but can't decide between the two. Any opinions or either or which is better?

Hallo @Willowtree6 , I am having the same question. I can't find the information about Omnilux light intensity to be able to make a proper comparison.

Igletpiglet In that video she does say that the Omnilux is the one she uses personally, so I'd say that's a pretty good recommendation.

The fact that they are pressed right against your face also means that the light can presumably penetrate better than sitting under a suspended light that you would usually get in an office setting.

I have the CurrentBody one (from what I could tell, it was very similar to Omnilux which wasn't available to buy in Ireland at the time) and I'm happy with it. The key thing is to use it consistently.

Also, I don't walk around with it, I lie down, close my eyes and listen to a podcast or something. I know people do walk around and keep their eyes open when using them, but it freaks me out.

Omnilux.

I have a dermatologist who has seen me for years.... they have a big led machine in clinic, but she recommended omnilux for red light therapy at home.

Also recommended lumieclear for blue light as I have a tiny bit of acne on chin.

I went for the omnilux one, only been using it for a couple of weeks though. All good so fat but too soon to review.

@HornyHornersPinkyWinky oops , I saw that after posting! I guess that’s a good endorsement.
@Glonty ooh, what’s it like having salon led? And do you still see a benefit with your home kit, compared to the salon? Thanks. P

The salon one was lovely and warming- its suspender above your face and like a very light patio heater feeling.

I prefer the salon ones to the mask, because I don't love the mask touching my face. I am paranoid about germs as I can be prone to spot.
i wash it every time with water baby wipes. And every week or so with alcohol spray.

You can get free standing lamps to use and home but so expensive.

As far as effects, I think it's going to be similar but I just don't know.

I also use mine on my hands and have noticed a massive difference - they looked red and overworked (they are!), but after the omnilux they look a lot more elegant and smoother somehow.

thanks @Glonty , the salon experience sounds good.
