Hello - can someone recommend any biotin tablets to help my hair now that I am entering the menopause?
Thank you

I started taking hair gummies 4 months ago and I'm amazed at the difference! I always said they didn't work and it was just nonsense but my hair is longer and thicker now than it's ever been ... I've had extensions in the past and it's now the length of them - and I can't stress enough just how fine and steadily my hair has been! I'm also very firmly peri menopausal

I have used a small variety of brands but consistency is key I feel so I've taken them every day religiously since October last year

I use Champo gummies and Beauty manifesto gummies. Have also tried the Feel ones

I just rotate them monthly (easily bored!) and am currently on the beauty manifesto ones again.

I'd be wary of taking just straight biotin - can make you spotty - but consider giving one of the above brands a go and be consistent

Eek! I only recommended the brands I'm currently taking!

It was a long response OP but put simply ... try champo gummies or beauty manifesto gummies. I've seen amazing results in 4 months

I've just been looking at another thread about biotin. Someone said it can give you acne because it knocks other vitamins out of kilter in your body. They recommended taking a multi b vitamin.
The one she showed was manufactured by Solgar.
Sorry I can't link the picture.
