Simple Products

I don't mean the Simple brand, just simple products.

Does anyone no longer feel the need to use loads of different skin and hair products? I sometimes wonder if the basics work better, like just a basic cleanser and moisuriser, shampoo and conditioner.

I have got very sensitive skin. I keep trying toners and then wonder if there's a point to them.

I have a very itchy scalp. My hairdresser makes my hair look great when she's done it so I try to recreate the look at home using protection spray and hair spray but it still fluffs up all over the place as its very fine and the sprays make my head itch even more but do you need these products to style your hair?

I use salon shampoo and conditoner so should that just be enough?

I agree with your first point on keeping it simple for skincare, rather than messing about with retinol etc. But for hair, I do need a little product to de-fluff or style.

Why salon shampoo and conditioner and not face? Sounds like
You you don't have the right products. I'd prioritise my face over my hair.
