No matter which bra I get my saggy boobs always seem to fall out over the top of them! Any advice on which shape or place to get some? 🤭🤭🤭🤗🤗🤗

Sounds like the cup is too small if you are spilling out. What size are you wearing?

flawless29 · 22/02/2024 09:09

Agreeing with the previous comment, it’s likely that the cup size is incorrect. Have you measured yourself using the Boob or Bust method?

BusterGonad · 22/02/2024 12:24

I agree with the previous posters.
Here's the link to one I use.

www.abrathatfits.org/calculator.php

When you get the result try a few in that size and the size up etc. You'll soon notice which is the right one.

Thanks sm all. Am gonna try that link and see, maybe I am wearing the wrong size.🤔🤔🤔, will let you know!🤗🤗🤗

@Teasie123 I have this issue because my boobs are full at the top, I have always had a cleavage regardless of age or weight. Once the size is correct, some bras are cut better than others to accommodate this. Examples are: M&S Blooming and Triumph Amourette. A 36DD in many many other styles can have me spilling over. Bra size is only part of it.

KirstenBlest · 23/02/2024 16:19

The balconette style seems to be the worst for overspill.

Rocknrollstar · 23/02/2024 16:25

Talk to Bravissimo and they will help you to measure yourself and send you bras you can return if they don’t fit

RosesAndHellebores · 23/02/2024 23:05

M&s Wild Blooms not Blooming

BusterGonad · 24/02/2024 04:45

Full Cup bras are best ime for bigger boobs (34GG).

MariaVT65 · 24/02/2024 05:11

Big boobs and trained bra fitter here.

Yes as PP said, full cups are probably the best (I wear them), and it is also possible the cup size you’re wearing is too small.

If you’re ok going into a bra fitting appointment, I’d recommend you let someone not just measure you, but fit you into the bra and literally show you what a good-fitting bra looks like.

Just measuring isn’t always reliable, as even just the material of a bra can affect fit.

KirstenBlest · 24/02/2024 11:50

Good point, @MariaVT65 . I remember going for a bra fitting on impulse in my early 20s.
Back in those days, the bras came from somewhere like M&S and you wore
A if flat chested
B if you weren't
C if you were busty
D if you were very busty
and just upped the band size. Most of us found our cups runneth over or our boobs slipped under the band.

The lady in the bra shop took one look at me and said you're a [small band] [big cup]. I was horrified. She handed me some bras to try and I went into the fitting room (alone).
The bras were almost right. Went down a band size and they were perfect.

Not embarrassing and my clothes looked a whole lot better.

Teasie123 · 24/02/2024 21:29

Well, did the link u recommended, it says I'm a ,28 AA. I genuinely don't think I am but my boobs are pretty saggy so maybe the measurements weren't right? 🤔🤔🤔🤔

So, when bending over and measuring loosely your measurement was also 28?

What size do you currently wear?

Teasie123 · 24/02/2024 23:00

@dementedpixie I currently wear a 34 b
