Can someone explain how you use this?
Do you put in on underneath foundation, or on top of foundation or instead of foundation?

I've bought some Bourjois (32 and 33) as I had no idea which shade to use.

I have good clear skin but I'm very, very pale and can look a little sallow. My hair is light blonde (natural).

Not an expert, but I use mine over foundation and then use a little bit of concealer over the top as needed.

Do you put it on all over your face?

I use mine instead of foundation. I have the Erborian one.

That only tells you how much it costs, though.

I've got that one. I put some on and it seemed awful. It made me look like I'd piled on loads of dark foundation.

I use a colour corrector just over my rosey red cheeks

Its basically a concealer , the green counteracts the red . I blend in then blend my serum foundation over it

Ah, so you put your foundation on top of it?

I would also use it under foundation, as you would a primer.

This. I love Erborian, you only need a tiny amount and it has really good coverage, isn't cakey and my skin looks amazing

HemlockSoup · 19/02/2024 12:16

The Erborian one made me all oompa loompaish. Never had a product oxidize so badly. But it works well for other people.

PrairieDawn101 · 20/02/2024 06:28

I only use it where needed- under eyes, around the nose etc.

BlindurErBóklausMaður · 20/02/2024 06:33

Under both foundation and concealer if it's under eye dark circle corrector (the apricot or purple ones)

Under just foundation if it's a generic anti-redness green corrector.

Have a look on Instagram at the ‘demi
method’. I’m not advocating for it as such, as it’s time-consuming and seems to be associated with MLM products. However, the concept, of spot correcting ‘distractions’ and balancing lighter and darker areas, is really interesting and it’s especially good if you don’t like wearing a lot of makeup.
