Tall plus sized very 🍏 shaped and nearly 60

Please be kind nearly 60, tall plus sized firm 🍏 shape absolutely no waist (so the unstructured shape/cut of these dresses does kind of work), I also
often over heat so need natural fabrics. I did want something smarter but wanted something I can wear again. The brightly coloured one is more me so think I would wear it quite a lot casually in spring summer. The lilac one is less me but could maybe wear it for work. I have ordered both as 20% off.

I have tried a jacket like the red one in store in another colour but as I am tall the length is far too short, shape too boxy and the pockets are too high.

How would you style either of these dresses (in terms of footwear not boots as too warm or trainers for this occasion and jacket) for an Easter family meal (for a casual / smart but put together look and to make my calves look slimmer) as really I would have preferred a longer length dress but this dress is in regular only.

Or anything else out there I am a 22-24 and 6ft tall.

Try Tallternative Retail on FaceBook, it's a worldwide group of tall women where we share tall clothes and seek advice for when to find things. It's a truly invaluable resource.

Thanks @AccidentalTourism I have looked there in the past but a lot of American posts and most posts seem aimed at the FB group owner who is a tall slim size 12, can wear almost anything and seems to have a bottomless pit of money (judging by all her holiday photos and the events she attends etc) as well as being gifted things from retailers. They are now creating a clothing range but again judging by the proposed styles selected they are also going to be aimed at the tall and slim due to the styles selected (flouncy, voluminous tiered maxi dresses etc).

Having been on that site for a couple of years, I would encourage you to look more closely. It is not USA or slim focussed at all.
