Best under eye liner

Any recommendations?
I used to use loreal infallible or maybeline tattoo due to their long wear but they don't seem to last anywhere near as long these days. I'm guessing they've been reformulated. Any suggestions as to a long wearing, non smudge liner ?
Don't mind spending a bit more for a quality liner

I bought the Victoria Beckham one recently as got seduced by a social media and that was rammed down my throat. I use it on the waterline and would say it's slightly better than the Rimmel waterproof one but not much to be honest, I think the Rimmel waterproof one is pretty decent and I have watery eyes.
