Skin help - sensitive spot prone skin!

Help! I have stupidly sensitive skin which will break out at the slightest hint of trying any new product etc. Earlier in the week I used some facial waxing strips (for sensitive skin!) and my whole top lip has broken out in little pin prick spots with another larger one appear on my cheek just to join the party. So will add those to the list of things I can’t use! But it’s getting me down and I’m out for dinner on Saturday and hoping to clear them up a bit before then.

can anyone recommend something that I can buy ideally from boots or Superdrug to help calm and clear them up and won’t make them worse? I’ve had antibiotic cream from the GP in the past but trying to avoid if I can and unlikely to get an appointment before the weekend now anyway.

Thanks in advance!

It might not be the actual product, rather the action of epilation. I have stupidly sensitive skin and shaving/waxing/epilating cause little spots. Sudocreme works a treat.
