Waterproof Mascara Recommendations

I have tried a few different waterproof mascaras and I always end up with black smudges under my eyes, despite not putting any on my bottom lashes. I've tried Benefit, Lancome, Estee Lauder and Mac.

Can anyone recommend a decent one that won't make me look like a raccoon by the end of the day please?

Every waterproof mascara I have tried flakes. Try a tubing mascara like Snapscara® Washable Mascara - Clump Free Makeup - Maybelline

It's not normally described as "tubing", but the blurb usually says 'remove with warm water' or words to that effect.
No7 Stay Perfect Mascara - Boots. This one does say tubing.

Lots of Eyeko (tubing) mascara in T K Maxx at the moment if you want to try without spending too much.

No. 7 extreme length waterproof mascara. I've tried others but always go back to it as it's the only one that doesn't smudge on me
