Has anybody else received an email from liberty, introducing a service fee of £5 a month?
Will definitely be cancelling mine.

Yes people are talking about it on the “beauty drop spoiler” thread, looks like a lot will be cancelling. I’ve cancelled mine

Yes. I'll be spending my credit and cancelling mine!

I've cancelled

Dukekaboom · 13/02/2024 21:28

I’ve cancelled too! Can’t imagine many people will be happy to pay a “service fee” of £5. Doesn’t seem right to charge a service fee to allow us to spend money there?!

Shame as the beauty boxes were fun but just don’t think the £5 per month is justified.

mynameiscalypso · 13/02/2024 21:35

I've cancelled too. The last few boxes have been so dull.

Psychotherapymum · 16/02/2024 12:21

Bit cheeky as well taking payment for January and February but no box in April if you cancel before the price goes up in March

WhoaJayShettybambalam · 16/02/2024 16:10

I’m not cancelling. Still worth it imo.
