Anyone bought a Never Fully Dressed Jaspre skirt?

I wondered if anyone had ordered one of these and what they thought of it? It looks like it could be a really versatile, flattering skirt that will go with all kinds of tops. However, it also looks like it might be bulky, hard to tie or really cheap and pleathery in real life. Have any of you seen one IRL?

I have this exact one. So, yes it is a little bulky/ heavy and obviously vegan leather aka plastic so feels a little cheap. Getting the angle to tie can be a little hard so that there is no bagging at the waist. Having said that once its on it looks great, so much so that I have it in this colour, denim and black mini. I'm on holiday but can post some picture when I am back on friday to show what I mean by the bagging as its something that annoys me. As with all Never Fully Dressed, they do styling really well on their socials and sometimes that means it doesn't look so wow on a "normal" person.

Once on right does it stay right or do you need to keep refixing it

I've been lured in twice now. Once was a skirt and once was a shirt/blouse.

WAY overpriced for what you get. Threads hanging off all over the place and nothing special at all. Thin material. Cheap buttons. Too wide. I sent them both back.

The styling in the photos - fabulous young models (mostly with the clothes hanging off as if they've just fallen over) and wearing high heels.

A couple of summers ago i found a skirt in Primarni in the exact same fabric that NFD uses for one of their 'skirt + blouse looks like a dress' combos, the same shite quality but for a fraction of NFD price.

Maybe their pleather goods are better?

I really really wanted to like the clothes as well, because the website does draw you in.

I'd love that, but not in pleather.

Has anyone tried the sequin one?

Excuse the unflattering pictures but you can see the finger gap. If you wrap with the front slightly lower it does fix it and mostly stays in place the rest of the day. I'm quite pear shaped so that might be why

NFD is overpriced for the quality. I have one dress from them that I love (bought several years ago) but everything else I've ever tried was a disappointment and sent back immediately.

@Lookingoutside yes. I got the sequin one. It was sooooooo heavy so good quality but so much material I felt swamped. Shame! It could have been great!! Sadly returned.

I have a similar Tan pleather one from F&F which looks surprisingly pleasing on (you can tell I’m a savvy shopper)…

I completely forgot about this until I saw the notifications 🤣 Anyhoo, my skirt arrived about a month ago and I love love LOVE it. Wore it to work last week for a big meeting and got nothing but compliments.
Interesting the feedback about how heavy others found it - I was pleasantly surprised at the quality for vegan leather.

I bought a long denim one but sent it back… the quality was ok ( it was quite heavy denim) but I couldn’t get it to sit nicely when I tied it. The strap was very long when tied and I didn’t like the way it looked hanging down. Essentially they’re rectangles of fabric so not much sewing required for the price.

Which colour did you get? Please do post a pic 🙏I’m hopeful it would look nice on me but it helps to see it when it’s not pinned etc by a stylist!

Yes, I bought the red Jaspre skirt, I went down a size as suggested and it fitted beautifully. It is actually very slimming with no bulk whatsoever! I wore out for lunch with friends and everyone kept touching it not believing it wasn't leather!!! I'm obsessed with this skirt, I need more colours.
Also, my model like friend wore the sequin mini version to host her Christmas Party abd she looked AMAZING in it! Grab one in the sale if you can.😉
