Chin spots/acne (menopause age)

Help with any bright ideas please, I have ocd and am spiralling a bit.
With HRT I usually get a few spots with progesterone; thought this had happened again. Someone mentioned them about two weeks ago and it triggered me to try to get rid of them rather than ignoring them.
They seem to be really persistent and spreading. Red blisters like (not impetigo) and tiny with no head or obvious 'spot'. Clearasil seemed to improve them for a few days then I decided to use sudocreme to try to calm the area - still there. Trying tea tree oil cream for the last few days which is sort of working but they are still there.
I'm terrifying myself with perioral dermatitis and other conditions - skin is a trigger for my ocd. I have a GP appointment for meds review and mention of side effects (eg skin) but not for a couple of weeks.

Not a great photo, but any ideas - they are more red in between now and maybe fewer? I know it's a small world problem but I find it really stressful.

I had similar on my nose and the only thing that keeps them away is Clean and Clear blackhead cleanser.

I can give you help as I had similar. Finacea. I absolutely bloody love the stuff. It’s been AMAZING for me.
