No VPL pants

I'm on the lookout for pants that have no VPL. I like a full brief, hate wearing a thong. I have been buying from Dunnes Stores at €5 a pair and loved them in terms of fit and the fact they are really not visible under trousers, but the quality isn't great - they come apart at the gusset after a while. I'm in Ireland, can buy from M&S, Next and Amazon. I've been stung before buying pants that have a 'no vpl' description but they are actually visible under trousers and then you can't return as it's underwear (I maybe could on the fact that they don't do what they say that do, but I'd be mortified bringing them back!!)
Would love some recommendations please!

Do you have Boux Avenue? I find their no VPL pants very good. A tip I got from my wedding seamstress - go 2 or 3 sizes up, and they'll be truly no VPL. It works, I'm a size 8 and now exclusively wear size 12s when I need no VPL. I own the size 8s in the same style but you can see the lines under tight clothes.

Yep, always go up a size. As I said I'm really happy with the Dunnes ones but they don't wear well. I've had a look at Boux Avenue but am hoping for something that's less than €14 for one pair! Maybe I'm looking for the impossible!

Chantelle one size, they're super, think Next have them

They look great @Nitgel but they're €63 for 3 pairs! Was hoping for something a bit more reasonable pricewise.

@LifeInAHamsterWheel I think you get what you pay for really, I expect to have to replace my underwear on a semi-regular basis anyway. Especially as I just shove in the washing machine, you could consider washing as delicates and using a mesh bag etc if you don't already.

Sorry OP, I either wear a tiny thong or go without underwear altogether - I hate a VPL!
