Blazers for hourglass figures

I would love to invest in a blazer, but I can't find one that is well cut for an hourglass figure. I'm a 10/12 hourglass and I'm really struggling to find one that nips in at the waist. I'm 5ft 7 but have a relatively short body so I'm finding a lot of them just look pretty shapeless on me.

I'm presenting at a big conference in June and have visions of wearing the perfect blazer. Please inspire me with your glorious finds.

Nipped in/tailored blazers aren’t in vogue at the moment - it’s all oversized, unstructured, open front, boyfriend style - so may be why you’re struggling. I feel your pain!

What’s your budget? You may find something in Whistles.

I haven't worn a blazer since school for this very reason. Never found one to work with my extreme hourglass shape. I can't help but I'm following with interest. If you can't find a blazer, my suggestion would be a dress with a smart, cropped cardigan (double sided tape will keep it against you and not flapping around under your bust). I know, I know, but as a very busty, very hippy, narrow- and short-waisted hourglass, I just find there are only about two things that work and I just have to recycle them in endless variations to suit the season and occasion. It does get boring but I don't know what else to do if I don't want to end up looking like a circus big top.

I’m an hourglass and I don’t think the current styles do anything for my figure. I’d think again if I were you OP.

I'm
Hourglass and only wear them with a tight vest so you can see my figure .

Could you get something vintage? I’ve got old Westwood Anglomania/ McQ jackets that are perfectly nipped in and they look timeless IMO ( I’m a short hourglass). Although with that sort of thing the fit is vital, so you’d need to try on or know what makes suit your proportions.
