Spring work style - what are you thinking?

I fancy some wide leg trousers, brogue type flats and a couple of shirts in material that feels beautiful. And maybe a quilted jacket.
I'd also like a dress that feels like spring but isn't a floral midi and have no idea what that might be yet
I'd like the trousers to be dark green but haven't come up with anything so far - has anyone spotted them?
What are you thinking / what are you adding to your wardrobe?

Ooh giving this a bump! I'm about to start a new job, very office based (different to now!) and love the idea of wide legged trousers, but haven't the foggiest what to wear on my feet!

So hoping my bump will send some stylish people along with some answers!

There was a thread running about trainers and the Hoff ones look good but for me they feel too similar to what I had on last year so I'm thinking more loafer style

I've just spent today sorting my wardrobe! What you've bought sounds lovely. I've bought two jackets in navy and cream, to break free from a serious work cardigan habit. I've also separated my casual clothes from work wear.

I'm trying to buy dark autumn colours so no black.
