What's the most mega hydrating moisturiser you've ever used? Hopefully with spf

I have all the serums etc etc but I just want my poor dry flaky sore face to feel soothed and hydrated in one go. After hundreds of pounds my holy grail has Bern the cheap as chips cetaphil, it's completely transformed my skins texture. But after a month of illness and harsh weather I need to up my game for a while. Suggestions please.

Not spf but I'm loving Aveeno oat gel moisturiser, it's new, absorbs really well

I use L'Occitane Immortelle cream at night and am very happy with it

Coconut oil is nice at night.

Second La Roche posay cicaplast baume

Superdrug vitamin E rich cream is wonderful for the price
Tatcha dewy skin for a £££ option

I use Clarins face oil when my skin is dry.

Aveeno is the only thing that works for me when my skin is really sore and flaky. I mostly use it for my hands but will use on my face if I've been outside all day in the freezing cold and wind
