I have dark hair so for me, brassy is when it’s orangey. Which I know the photo could be, so here’s what I mean.

No. Brassy is the orange tones you can get with bleach / highlights

Depends on skin tone. Colour is beautiful o her but on me, it would look dreadfully brassy.
