Smart casual outfit needed.. help me please

Hello.
im 5ft 10, nearly 50, menopausal, not much fits me. All I have are jeans and boots. Nothing to wear to go out. I’d like an outfit that isn’t jeans related to wear to go out to a nice pub, restaurant. I’m also going away for a weekend in a few weeks and would like to not just be packing jeans and a top.
any ideas at all??
my daytime wardrobe is mostly M&S, whitestuff and some quirky boutique only brands.
I don’t suit pastels, red or orange.
it would have to be online shopping as I’m miles away from decent shops.

The main question is how much are you interested in spending? And what size are you?

(And you don’t need a reason for online shopping! I’m 60 and have scarcely set foot in a physical clothes shop in a decade. So much more choice online.)

forgot to say I’m about a size 12 I think. M&S size 10 but their trousers are generous.
i don’t want to spend mega bucks but i don’t have a set budget either.

I'm 5ft 11 and late 40s, I tend to live in M&S wide legged trousers, or their boyfriend jeans, or in summer their wide or cropped slim linen trousers. God I'm boring but I know they fit my shape (12 top, 14 bottom) and suit me.
I bought some lovely navy wide legged heavy jersey cargo pants recently - I wear with a fitted jumper or hoodie and trainers. I also got a light blue long shacket which is nice over the trousers, or over jeans.

Festivalmitch, why don't you go onto instagram or pinterest and have a look at some influencers. Silverkat always looks cool and casual.

Loose khaki trousers, layered tops but not too bulky, with some chunky boots or shoes is still a look going strong.

Branch out from your jeans with a denim skirt, there are lots in the shops now. it's still within your comfort zone but just a bit elevated. I personally don't like the really long ones with the front slit, but you're tall so will rock one.
I like the styling here; jean skirt, rock t-shirt, leather bomber. I wouldn't choose the shoes, but you get the idea.

md that’s a lovely jacket in second picture, the cream would go with so much, I’m not such a fan of the oversize hideous grey jacket suggested in an earlier post, but each to their own.
