Really nice eyeliner and mascara

Hi guys!
I'm on the hunt for a really good eyeliner and mascara but it's a treat so I don't want to go wrong, so looking for recommendations.
I have quite blue eyes so looking for a copper/brown/navy eyeliner and dark brown mascara
Must be waterproof
Must say all day
I want to wear it daily
Budget of £80 for both
I don't really wear my makeup because it irritates my skin so looking for something a bit special. No Rimmel, revolution, Avon or Maybelline or similar as I seem to react badly to those.
Help me please!

I hadn't heard of these guys until recently. I've got one of their eyeliners and an eye stick - they are really pigmented and seem to stay put all day. Fab colours (I'm experimenting with brighter shades myself)

Clinique.

Dior mascara- Pump and Volume. My holy grail. I just bought (because half price) a box gift set with a Lancome Hypnose and 3 mini Lancomes. All very very average.

Clinique eyeliner.

The VB is very very soft and you need to practice with it or it's a disaster.

Mac all the way , fabulous

Urban Decay 24/7 liner, I have the brown, black and purple. I also love their Perversion mascara, used with Subversion mascara primer.

The Victoria Beckham vast lash mascara is fab. Lasts all day. Her eyeliners are gorgeous too. I also like the 24/7 urban decay eyeliners.

I wear L’Oréal brown volumillion every day, it doesn’t budge, and brown rollergirl eyeliner from benefit. You could definitely spend much much more than this, but I’ve tried so many mascaras including pricey ones yet always come back to L’Oréal.

In that case I would go for a VB liner, YSL Faux Cils mascara AND a tubing mascara from no7 to make it smudge proof. Or a waterproof one from no7 instead.
