My issue wasn't non delivered items, it was a product quality issue.
After much to-ing and fro-ing they passed it to their quality control team who then said no one else had complained.
Gave me £10 credit as a gesture of good will which I couldn't spend as it was loaded with an expiry date of the date it was granted.
They then claimed when I wanted to use it it would 'pop up' that I had credit to use (it didn't), then someone else said it would show as a payment option (it didn't).
They then said they'd pass it to their technical team which will take 2 days to respond. I have heard nothing.
Now, when I try to respond to the query to say I haven't heard anything, it automatically defaults to 'new query' so I've got to start over.
Wondering if it's worth the hassle for a tenner, I'll just close my account and take my money elsewhere..... however there is a bit of me that says to carry on pursuing it just out if bloody mindedness.
