The reason l asked was because if you are looking for something to wear with a dress you might want to think outside the box.

l have mentioned this control slip on S&B before. You wear your own bra with it (or no bra depending on the dress), and your usual knix. It’s comfy, practical, does the job, doesn’t ride up and makes life a lot easier, than knickers made of scaffolding when you want a wee. Only black or beige though, the latter looks as if you are wearing cardboard, but you can’t win them all.

I hate to advocate her business but Skims (Kim Kardashian) are excellent and £32. Tummy control knickers.
They also do a cycling short and thong version. Not sure what those retail at.
