Gym wear size 14

I'm in my 40s size 12/14 and desperately need some new gym / running gear that won't break the bank.

I only ever go for black Lycra style leggings but am struggling massively for tops. I don't like baggy t shirts but definitely don't have the shape for Lycra ones it's more of a cotton fitted one if that's makes sense but struggling to find any

Please hit me with your suggestions ....

Like this kind of thing? Long sleeve? They're not actually pure cotton but I use similar for running, they're marketed as base layers.

For tops I wear this style - a racer back loose top. I size up so it's not too clingy. I layer over a long sleeve if it's not very warm! Works for both gym and running, but I wear something tighter for yoga so it doesn't fall over my face when I'm upside down!

I wear long sleeve cotton fitted t from m and s they are about £10 light weight, wash well. I’ve had mines for years.

These are fab, loads of colours, bamboo is better than cotton or Lycra. Also comes in vest style (and possibly long sleeves) , loads of colours

TK Maxx is pretty good for this sort of thing.
