Dress for May wedding

Need some help!!! Is this dress suitable for an informal May wedding in Cornwall?

Or is it too work like??

It’s a bit town-y, don’t you think? Doesn’t really acknowledge ‘informal’, ‘wedding’, or ‘Cornwall’.

You might look like the SHL arriving at the church to announce that either the bride or groom already has a living spouse …

Can you find something brighter and more celebratory / fun?

I think that would be great for a winter wedding. If you really love it you could wear it with a bright fascinator, shoes and clutch bags to match like fuscia pink, turquoise or mustard yellow.
I'd go for something with shorter sleeves and a brighter or lighter colour though.
