Has anyone else had problems retrieving money from their sales? I've completed sales on two items today and normally find the money in my account immediately but today my account remains at zero long after the money should have gone in.

I thought you didn't receive payment until the buyer has told Vinted they are happy with the item??

Buyers in both cases are happy and Vinted posted that the money would be in my account but it's not.

Yes, I should have had my money about 5 hours ago, seller received and I waited the few days as the seller hasn't raised any issue the money should have gone to my balance but hasn't

Yep me too. Sale is completed but my balance is still zero. I've just requested to join the vinted Facebook group to see if anyone knows what's going on.

Same here! Two sales completed and normally it shows in the balance immediately

"Have had so so many posts today asking the same question. The new rules on vinted have now been implemented today. @everyone will have received the new t&c’s from vinted, payments is in there -

Once an order is complete, you’ll receive your earnings within 2 days. Earnings from completed sales are stored in your Vinted Balance. You can then transfer your earnings from your Vinted Balance to your bank account."

So they've changed the rules to hang on to our money for an extra two days?! That is similar to Vestiaire where the money takes up to five days to reach your bank account. They'll lose an onward purchase from me as I use my earnings to purchase something new.

Didn't it used to be within five working days, I've always had mine sooner but honey covered themselves?

Ah, yes, I was wondering about this too. I've got two items that were marked as 'completed' and the email I received said the amounts for both were '... transferred to your Vinted account....' that was yesterday. However, the money hasn't actually hit my account as available funds yet and is still showing as 'pending' so I think Vinted should be clearer in their communications in this respect.

Has anyone had any luck? My account is saying payments are taking a little longer than usual and they are working on it.

They need to sort this out. This could really put people off using the site. What the hell is the problem that they can’t send anyone their payments?

I’m going to put my account in holiday mode and not sell anything until it’s sorted.

Mine came through last night

I know this is an old thread but it looks like Vinted is up to its tricks again. I currently have 3 orders completed yesterday and not showing in my balance.
did the money eventually come through?
Normally it’s instant and I’m getting a bit anxious!!

I've just put money from vinted into my account and checked but nothings showing. I always thought it took a day or so?
I'm.new to vinted though.

I just thought I'd check on mumsnet to see how long it usually takes. Interesting thread.

I've sold things in the last couple of weeks and as soon as the buyer says it's okay the balance shows on the vinted account. When I've withdrawn it to my bank it comes in the next day. Perhaps it's just an anomaly every now and again?

The balance was showing on vinted right away for me but it's not in my account yet.

How long ago did you withdraw it to your bank account ?
Normally takes a day once you click withdraw. Probably Monday now it's the weekend unfortunately.

I know. Oh I only withdrew it tonight after waiting a week for it to arrive at the buyers house. Was just hoping it might be in tomorrow but reckon the weekend will scupper it.
