What should I aks my hairdresser for?

Obviously I don't trust myself to head into boots and buy one from the box colour....my hair is highlighted quite heavily and about 10% grey as well

Just show her the picture. Won't the hairdresser be unable to get that colour on you though. Because you'd need to have naturally quite dark hair to achieve that?

There is a risk it'll be pink, especially with a home dye. But a professional hairdresser can do that.
