Hair products to stop my menopausal hair look fuzzy

I've always had lovely hair and only ever used a bit of heat protector spray, but I noticed today that it now looks really fuzzy, not sleak and beautiful. What should I be putting on it to help it out.

I use Ouai products (medium shampoo and conditioner, and the detox shampoo once a week) and their heat protector. I'm not married to this brand and used to use Kerastase but this seemed to react with the water softener in our house when we moved in 3 years ago and made my hair very greasy...

Thank you for your help :)

I really like the conditioner from REN

i add a bit 20 minutes before hair washing and then a bit after the wash, and it really makes my hair softer. And it is free of silicones

Go for a really gentle shampoo and conditioner. I’m in Australia, and can get a product range called Dermaveen. It’s oat based and soap free and my hair is glossy now.
I think Waleda makes one like it in the UK. It’s much softer than the Aveeno range.
