Non of my friends have boob jobs and I need recommendations! Help a girl out!

I'm Staffordshire based and have been wanting a breast enhancement for years. I will need to do it in finance and have done lots of research - but everything I read says you should go with recommended surgeons. Only problem is I know NO ONE who has had breast surgery! There's so many options online I'm feeling very overwhelmed.

Would anybody recommend me a surgeon who has done a job they are happy with? I'm happy to travel around the UK. I stay in Scotland a lot and have a base up there so Glasgow would be great, or anywhere Staffordshire/ Cheshire/ Manchester is doable. But will travel for right surgeon. Just need someone who offers finance options!

I know a friend who had a breast augmentation many years ago, she used a 0% card. I'll ask where she got hers done when I next see her.

If you've wanted one for years but haven't done any research or saved up, do you realise they need replacing and therefore you're locking yourself into further expensive surgeries? The NHS is starting to not be very keen to fix issues that arise from cosmetic surgeries so it's important it to assume they will help you if it goes wrong.

Sorry, I just think it's all unnecessary (like your friends) and a shame you want to put yourself through this.
