Electric shavers for jumper bobbles etc

I was always a bit sceptical of those shavers but recently saw them recommended on the website of an expensive jumper brand.

Are they any good? I have a little comb for removing bobbles that I bought from Brora years ago, but it’s quite time consuming to use and it seems to pull a bit on threads rather than just cleanly removing them.

Yes, would recommend, jumpers all look like new after a shave. I have the Philips one, they're often on offer and it's held up really well.

Yes they’re fantastic. I sell secondhand clothes for a living and my shaver has rescued some real horrors.

Life changing, seriously.

I actually welcome new bobbles now, because shaving them off is sooooo satisfying

DH bought one from Amazon but it's crap
Barely notice a change. A recommendation would be great

Thanks all for the comments. I am going to invest in one as I have quite a few jumpers that have bobbled even though I take really good care of my clothes.

I have the Philips one which seems to work well and you can buy replacement blades.
