Sézane shoe sizes

Has anyone any experience of Sézane shoe sizes? I am tempted to buy some but I see that they convert a 42 to a 9, while I am usually a 42/8. Any advice please.

I regularly buy shoes from Sezane (currently awaiting my third pair of babies)! My advice is to read the item description as it will say if true to size; or to size up or down.

The shoes I am currently waiting on, I have ordered in a 5. However, I ordered loafers in a 4 for Christmas which fitted perfectly - the product description had advised to size down. Sezane returns are trouble free so you could always order two pairs.
