Early 30s pear shape help?

I'm looking for style advice. I'm in my early 30s, pear shaped and a size 12 (bordering on 14 as I have some baby weight to lose).

I'm currently really lost as to what to wear, it seems like clothes currently are aimed at under 25s or over 45s. I'm not interested in fast fashion and I'm happy to pay more for good quality clothes that are well made and will last.

What brands and styles would you recommend for a pear in their early 30s to look put together and somewhat stylish? I'm not looking for work wear, just advice for well put together casual clothes with some smart casual options too.

I'm in the same age bracket and a pear, with some baby weight to lose and I'm finding it really hard at the moment. Everything seems over priced and terrible quality.

I buy a lot on Vinted tbh - I like brands like Oliver Bonas, Hush, Mint Velvet, Zara and Mango. Recommend a secondhand seller on there called the spotted leopard, just looking through what she's selling gives a few good outfit ideas.

I've also got my eye on a few things from Abercrombie - they have really nice looking linen wide leg trousers but are quite pricey so I'm hesitating.

Have you got Pinterest? You could try searching something like 30s casual style and start a board with outfits that take your fancy, and then some apps like Asos will let you image search for similar items.

I’m a new mum (also a pear), and was really struggling to find nice causal outfits to suit my new lifestyle. I’ve been stuck in the leggings and a jumper rut for the last few months.

I’d been ordering bits online, not liking any of it and returning most of it….which was adding to the ‘I look terrible in everything’ mindset.

Last weekend I actually went shopping and I found trying things on in the shops really helpful. I went to our local John Lewis and picked up some really nice things from Mango, French Connection, Hush and Whistles.

I follow a couple of people on Instagram for inspiration too. Model Mouth and Charlotte Beer are both mums and I love their style. I also follow Carys Whittaker, she’s a mum and is very body positive.

I have recently invested in some really nice wide leg trousers and straight leg jeans. Abercrombie have a curve love range which I really like (great for pear shape). I created a few boards on Pinterest with wide leg trouser outfits and straight leg jeans outfits and that’s helped me come up with some outfit ideas.

Thank you for your suggestions. I'll have a look into the baseball you've mentioned.
