Help - wrinkles in mid-late 20s!

As the title says - I am 27 and am starting to have fine lines on my forehead. Please come I have some recommendations for affordable solutions to help?

Also, I occasionally get some spots on my chin/around my mouth - any affordable suggestions for helping with this?

Expression lines, best advice I got was to avoid raising your eyebrows and frowning, it really helps to stop them getting worse, other than that, keeping dryness at bay so oil and moisturise your forehead well.
