Can any detectives help me find this top please?

I love the shape and colour of the top the model is wearing in the back of this photograph. Not much to go on but has anyone got any ideas?
Of if not any dupe suggestions please?

EDIT - looking at it again, I suppose it could be a dress actually... either way google isn't helping me!

I found the dress by google image searching the photo that you posted. To avoid getting hits for the bag, I had to do a tighter crop so that the dress was the main focus.

good tip! I didn't bother to image search as I though the bag would just bring up the bag.
