Shapewear recommendations

Can we have some shape wear recommendations that don't break the bank please? I keep seeing "hey shape" and "shapely" advertised on Facebook but I don't know if I trust them. Has anyone tried either?

I haven’t tried those. I’m a big fan of shapewear. I’ve lost weight recently and it gives such a nice silhouette under clothes. No bulgy back from bra etc. Spanx is obviously fab sometimes you can get it in tk maxx. The other one I wear regularly is a cheap body from Amazon.

This one. It’s not as effective as Spanx but it’s comfy to wear all day and knocks a dress size off my waist. Less than a tenner.
