Alternatives to tinted moisturiser

Recently my skin has been in a really good shape, and even wearing a tinted moisturiser feels a bit heavy. I'd still like something to give me a bit of a glow & even our the tone around my cheekbones the tiniest bit, so I've been looking at illuminating serums. Has anyone used serums instead of tinted moisturisers? I found good reviews for Lumene instant glow beauty serum but it's not a brand I know. Any other illuminating/brightening serums that would go a bit of the way to being a tinted moisturiser or am I just asking for too much here?

You could try this

Try supergoop they have a very slight tint that adapts to your skin colour, spf and primer in one. They are pretty amazing.

I’ve not tried that particular product but have tried various items by Lumene and like them in general.

I found suqqu primer did a great job in this situation.

Or of course this might be what you're looking for,

Maybelline 24hr skin tint is a Charlotte Tilbiry dupe and I honestly prefer it!

Clinique Light reflecting primer. I’ve been wearing it with a bit of glowy powder on top, very happy with it.

Thank you for the suggestion! I'll look up all of these. I just finished my tested Nars tinted moisturiser so now is the time.

For some reason I can't get on with Clinique products - they were everywhere in North America when I was a teen and they were pretty aspirational but something in their compound just doesn't agree with me

Erborian CC cream or if even lighter, CC water might be what you're looking for.

Saie slip tint - I can't feel it on my skin, but just look better.

Until last week all tinted moisturisers and BB creams I had tried were closer to foundation in texture than a moisturiser.

I went tinto the beauty department at Flannels and found the holy grail after having some tsters put on my skin by a really helpful sales girl.

Like you I don't need the coverage, but just wanted to look a bit brighter. I ended up buying Laura Mercier tinted moisturiser 1CO. It is a perfect colour match and so light in texture. It has SPF30 as well.

It isn't cheap, but IMO worth every penny.
